Cryptorefills launches Coinbase pay for travel bookings
Cryptorefills, the platform for spending cryptocurrency on real-world products and services, has expanded its offering by rolling out Coinbase Pay, a new payment option for booking flights and hotels worldwide.
The move ‘gives crypto holders a faster, easier, and gas-free checkout experience’, according to the company.
With this integration, travellers can pay directly from their Coinbase account with just a few clicks, eliminating the need for manual wallet transfers or exposure to blockchain transaction fees.
The new option is now live across Cryptorefills’ global travel booking service, which offers access to more than 300 airlines and a million hotels and properties.
The Coinbase payment option has been enabled through Cryptorefills’ partnership with regulated crypto payments provider Triple-A.
In addition to Coinbase Pay, Cryptorefills continues to support over a dozen cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and USDC across multiple blockchains.
The platform also supports off-chain payments via Binance Pay, KuCoin Pay, Gate.io, and Coinbase internal transfers - ideal for users looking to bypass gas fees entirely.
As more crypto users adopt stablecoins and look for real-world spending opportunities, Cryptorefills is positioning itself as the go-to destination for borderless, bankless travel payments.
Whether booking a last-minute hotel with USDC or planning a conference trip using ETH, travellers can now complete their purchase in seconds.
